Life of a costume designer

Linda Serres is the costume co-ordinator for the Belleville Theatre Guild. She was introduced to the role 10 years ago by Loyalist College co-worker Liz Marshall, who's been with the guild for 45 years. Marshall helped Serres, who didn't know much about costume design when she started, with guidance and books. From there Serres has developed as a designer and gets constantly approached by directors asking her to do costumes for shows. Above is an inside look at what it's like being a costume co-ordinator.
