Pride in Kingston 2017
Celebrating Pride at McBurney (Skeleton) Park on June 17, plenty of people came together dressed in their best rainbow colours to participate in a parade and gather together in support of equality and acceptance. Vendors included artisans, non-profit organizations, politicians and food shops. Entertainment happened on a small stage where enthusiastic lip syncing went on to powerful artists like Lady Gaga, and an a cappella dance group from Toronto, Reverse, performed.
